Aimee Fortier

First-grade math is never boring with Aimee Fortier leading her students. Aimee, who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife and Fisheries from LSU and a background working at the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, is a wonderful math teacher for this impressionable age. Her experience with scientific data, management of large sums of money, and her effective skills in communication have prepared her well for her tasks teaching math and having regular interaction with students’ parents, our co-teachers. Her love for the Gospel and her methodical and personable nature sing her praises in the classroom. Mrs. Fortier and her college-sweetheart have been married for 18 years and have two children who, before Adolesco Prep, were in Aimee’s homeschooling care. She volunteers at her church, First Baptist Church of Covington, and enjoys riding her bike and spending time outdoors. Some of Aimee’s best qualities are her bubbly spirit and laughter, her candidness, and the way she shines the light of Jesus wherever she goes. Her family has been a supporter of Adolesco Prep since the very beginning and we are grateful for all the ways she makes our school excellent.
