Adolesco Preparatory Academy is a distinctly Christian community, promoting meaningful parent-child relationships and rigorous education to increase wisdom, truth, and excellence for students who will transform their community for the glory of God.

Adolesco Preparatory Academy is a non-denominational, Classical Christian University-Model® school.  Students attend on-campus classes two to three days each week and complete their School@Home assignments under their parents’ or co-teachers supervision.  The Spiritual Objective of Adolesco Preparatory Academy is to provide its students, parents, and staff with a Christian environment conducive to the Christian growth and maturity of each.  Employees and parents must agree with the school’s statement of faith and its position as a non-denominational school.  Teachers are required to know the Word and live a life exemplary of the word.

Qualifications we look for in a prospective employee:

• Born-again believers and active members of a local Christian church

• Have a love for children

• Self-motivated, interact easily with others and communicate well

• Enthusiastic about learning and teaching

• Have enthusiasm for their subject area and the classical approach

• Are willing to partner with parents in the education of their children

Teachers must have a college degree, preferably in their subject area. We prefer to hire certified teachers; however, we do consider individuals who are experts in a specific field of study or passionately driven.

1. Phone or in-person interview upon reviewing a desirable application

2. Applicants will be required to submit a letter of recommendation from their pastor and two letters from previous employers
